Information we collect

• Order and property details, including addresses, descriptions, notes, project status, and communications.
• Inquiry details that visitors submit on a property site, such as name, email, phone, preferred showing time, and message.
• Submitted materials, including headshots, logos, documents, ZIP files, and Google Drive or Dropbox links.
• Transaction records, such as amounts, invoices, and payment status. Payment processors handle full payment credentials.
• Technical data, including IP address, browser, device, timestamps, logs, and essential cookies or similar technology.
• Property or listing information from public or third-party sources.

How we use information

We use information to receive and fulfill orders; create, host, and support Home Sites; communicate about projects; authenticate accounts; process and record payments; retrieve submitted media; improve and secure the service; troubleshoot; prevent misuse; maintain business records; and comply with legal obligations.

Public Home Site content

A Home Site is a public marketing product. Its property address, facts, photography, video, agent or brokerage details, logos, headshots, and other selected content may be publicly displayed, indexed, shared, cached, or copied by third parties. Do not submit publication material that should remain confidential.

How we share information

We may share information with providers supporting hosting, storage, email, payments, analytics, domains, security, and similar operations; as needed to complete the service; to comply with law; or to protect rights and safety. Inquiries submitted on a property site are made available to the listing agent for that property so they can respond. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.

Google Drive and Dropbox links

If you supply a Google Drive or Dropbox link, we use it and accessible files to provide the service. You control its sharing permissions. Those providers have their own privacy practices.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep Your Home Sites working, maintain secure sign-in sessions, remember preferences, support security and operation, and understand basic site usage. We do not use these technologies to sell personal data or for targeted advertising.

Retention

We retain information as reasonably necessary to provide and support the service, keep ordinary business, tax, and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Information may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion from active systems.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the information we handle, but no internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Privacy requests

Email michael@maaemedia.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. We respond as required by applicable law and may retain information where legally permitted or needed for legitimate records. Other rights provided by applicable law may be exercised through the same address.

Children under 13

The service is intended for adults and business users, not children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13.

Business transfers

If the service or business is reorganized, sold, merged, or transferred, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
