Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for having the rights or permission needed to submit photography, video, floor plans, logos, text, and other content for use on a Home Site.
Submitting a notice
If you believe content on a Home Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to michael@maaemedia.com. Please include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification and location or URL of the allegedly infringing material.
- Your name and contact information.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Review process
MAAE Media may remove or disable access to disputed material while reviewing a complaint and may contact the customer who supplied the material.
False or misleading notices
Anyone submitting a notice is responsible for the accuracy and legal basis of that notice.
